Hi my name is LaChic and this is not the first time I have ordered from you all. However, this is the first time I have had an issue. I love this bracelet, but after the first day, the hanging pieces fell off. I don't know when, but I looked at it the other day and both of the pieces was completely gone. And I love those pieces, its the reason I bought the bracelet. If those pieces could be more secure, that would be awesome.

The stones are lovely and the bracelet looks/fits nicely. (I am small-boned & have thin wrists, but the bracelet, when doubled, is a perfect fit -- not too loose or too tight). The charms (the hamsa and the "ph" logo) could be on a more secure link, though; mine fell off. Luckily, I found and was able to reattach them, but the loop should be checked before you wear it.

Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but PranaHeart kept me updated the whole way from original shipping, to out for delivery, to being delivered. I totally appreciated it! The best part is when I opened the package, the quality of the item way exceeded my expectations! I felt great giving this as a gift. I Love this bracelet. I lost the little hand ✋and the circle that was attached to it, the first time I put it on and went to work. It fell off at work. I was not happy with that. Also, the silver is turning which states its not real silver. I love the onyx and jade I don't take anyone of the bracelets off wear them 24/7 and take shower with them on.
