I LOVE this one! It is my third one and it is fantastic. I am a nurse (new Nurse Practitioner!) and when I wear this while caring for patients I can feel a burden lifted off my shoulders. Very pretty piece. It's disappointing because my problem is that I have a small wrist, so when I wear it, one loop around hangs and I have to adjust it to make it even. If I do one additional loop, it's too tight. So as much as I like it, my lucky daughter will probably get it.
Ha! There is really no such thing as one size fits all--should note fits most! It's beautiful tho'.
